Bookmark Plug-in for Adobe Reader 9.0

For some reasons Adobe Reader 9.0 doesn’t have this capability built in. I found a plug-in for Adobe Reader to do multiple bookmarks per document from a web page. However, I really just want it to be simple - you bookmark the page you’re on when you stop and go back to that page when you reopen your electronic reader. So here is my plug-in to bookmark your page in Adobe Reader.

Download:
Adobe Reader 9.0 Bookmark Plug-in (right click then save link as)

Installation:

1. Browse to C:\Users\[Account Name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\9.0\JavaScripts\

(Make sure the hidden files are shown by changing it under Control Panel\Folder Options).

2. Then just copy pdf_bookmark.js you have just downloaded and paste to the address above.

3. Restart your Adobe Reader 9.0.

4. You should be able to see the bookmark functions under Tools as shown above.
